Do you have this problem in your wordpress script ? If you go to publish a new post or page on your blog and find that the Visual Editor is absent from view, don't panic until you try few options as follows :
Before you do anything, please be reminded to make a BACKUP of your file. !
SOLUTION 1
Check to make sure that the Visual Editor is not disabled in your user profile.
Access your Personal Settings and uncheck the Disable the visual editor when writing option in the Personal Options section.
Force reload your web browser. Make sure to let the page load completely before start editing.
- Windows: CTRL + F5
- Mac/Apple: Apple+R or command + R
- Linux: F5
If you can see the Visual Editor on another browser or computer, the problem is related to your browser. Please visit Browser Issues page for more troubleshooting hints.

Open wp-config.php file and add the following code :
define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
