I used to tell tourists that there was no reason not to visit Thailand during rainy season, but after this year I’m starting to re-evaluate that position. The truth is, there’s been some pretty awful weather here lately. Though the people worst affected are those who live in the country, there are plenty of tourists who’ve had their vacation plans ruined because of very heavy rains and horrific flooding.
