I am C.P. Maheshwari from Panwar village staying in Mumbai and practicing Chartered Accountants. We visited your Resort on 23rd October and liked your palace a lot. I decided to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on 25th October. Meanwhile we asked him about the type of food you serve. Your representative named “SAMSHUDDIN” said that every type of served as the guests wish. He informed us that the food price is Rs. 500/- per person. We told that it is cheaper than the restaurants in Mumbai. Then he asked us for tea and specified that it is of Rs. 50/- again and again as if we are not capable of paying such a small amount. Then we ordered him for 4 cups of coffee. He said ok and we took the seat. He came back and without even facing towards us said that there is no arrangements for coffee and went away. The way of talking was so arrogant and rude as if we are beggars. Due to which we felt so ashamed and walked out of your resort.
