pUnited Arab Emirates contacted the Thai police to get their help after Michael Bryan Smith arriving in Bangkok and he was finally arrested in the Nana area on Wednesday night. It is believed that the man took money from the company he was working as personnel manager for a property company in Dubai by taking a small percentage from each employee’s salary and putting it in his own account./p
pAlthough Smith has denied the charges against him his case will handed over to the Attorney-General’s Office and the UAE will apply for his extradition. He is due to stand trial as soon as possible. /p
